NEW BRITISH COLUMBIA MOOSE/MULIE COMBO HUNT FOR OCTOBER! Here's your chance to fill up your freezers this Fall with PRIME Moose Meat and Mule Deer Venison!   We were just offered a last minute 7 day 2X1 guided bargain combo hunt during the LAST 2 weeks of October 2008.  Each hunter can harvest a Bull and a Buck, be driven around, get fed and have a warm bed to crawl into each night for $2995 plus licenses and tax!  You can't beat this with a stick!!!!  Don't get your mind set on a Trophy animal and we're not representing this as such, but they will have horns!  This is a great first time Moose/Mulie Hunt at an affordable price!!  You can fly to Williams Lake, BC but I suggest you drive so that you don't max out your credit cards air-freighting all your venison home! Approximately 4 openings! NEW MEXICO ELK MUZZLELOADER ONLY!!! This is a hot one!  Our go to elk guy in New Mex- had decided earlier this year--not to do any elk hunts because the uranium folks told him they would be blasting all over the ranches. He did not want to risk unhappy hunters- courageous! Instead, they have done very little, and he is seeing plenty of elk! He is going to take just 4 to 5 guys only- about 30% of normal! Could be a super hunt, with so little pressure-- ------plus with time short he is discounting it from the normal $5000 down to $4125 !! Save almost $900!!  Hunt will be 5 days, with guiding and lodging. Landowner tag is included! You must still however buy your elk tag- about $500.      No food provided--but you can cook at the ranch house or drive 20 miles to town. Hunt to start Oct 11- run to 15th- 5 days. This is the only hunt- the only dates! Butch has stayed there- very comfortable and I have seen bulls right off the front porch! Butch took a bull with his bow there, and his wife Joan took a muzzle loader bull a week later! Get to us right away as this will not last 24 hours!! Muzzleloader only, scopes and sabots all are fine! Sight in to be good for out to about 150 -175 yards. We suggest you avoid power belt bullets- they have performed poorly for us on bulls. New bullets from them may be OK- but we strongly prefer solid lead slugs encased in a sabot. About 300 grains on bullet, shooting 120 to 150 grains of powder. Let us know right away!

That same outfitter while he was here let us know he could take one group of 3 guys for either archery or muzzleloader mule deer (no rifle)in northwest Nebraska. He has a 15,000 acre lease, and these will be the only 3 clients he intends to take there. This will be guided 3X1, with both stands and spot and stalk. Meals and lodging are included. Mostly mulies here, running in the 22" to 25" range with a chance of larger. Scattered whitetails too and tag is good for one deer of either specie. Muzzleloader would be our pick- anytime during month of December, tags unlimited over counter. Very low hunting pressure! Bow- Probably first two weeks of Nov, although it is open for all of Oct. Tags are $178. ZIMBABWE ELEPHANT $18,000!!! Hunt # 158 Probably in our opinion, one of the very best operations in Zimbabwe, and we know because we hunted with them! These hunts are for 2008 ONLY!! They must take place between now and late October! Dates flexible within those limits. Fly to Harare to meet with the charter pilot who flies you direct to camp! This outfitter hunts along the Zambezie River corridor, and elephants and buff are abundant. Most elephants will be in and around the 40 pound range, but elephants into the 60 pound range are taken each year.
